Studio policy

Deposit

To secure your appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit (no exceptions) is required at the time of scheduling.

  • The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fee on the day of your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due during your scheduled appointment.

  • $100 or $175 (depending on the appointment) deposit is required for follow up (touch up) prior to your appointment.

  • Your appointment will be canceled if no deposit is made within 48 hours.

  • Elysian360 Studio will call or text to confirm your follow up appointment (should you need it) and will ask to charge your card on file.

  • Please note that Elysian360 Studio will not charge your card without your consent but reserves the right to cancel your appointment if deposit is not made on time.

Training Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable! If you are planning on rescheduling your training please be courteous and let Elysian360 Studio know at least 48 hours ahead of your training.*

  • ADVANCED TRAINING RESCHEDULE: Students who are scheduled for advanced training and are looking to reschedule, Elysian360 Studio requires another deposit.

  • BEGINNER TRAINING RESCHEDULE: Students who are schedule for beginner training and are looking to reschedule, Elysian360 Studio requires another deposit twice the amount of the original deposit.

Training Student Model

All student models that are coming in for a FREE initial procedure are all required to pay a $200 refundable deposit to ensure you show up. This deposit will be refunded after your procedure. Failure to show or cancel last minute will forfeit your deposit.

Student Model Touch Up

Please refer to our pricing page for student model touch up prices. Our FREE model calls do not include paid touch up.

Cancellation

Our time is valuable as well as yours and as a courtesy to Elysian360 Studio, should you need to cancel, please do so a minimum of 48 hours before your allotted appointment time. If you do not inform us within 48 hours half the price of the service will be charged.

No Show

If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged half price of the service. You will be banned from any future bookings.

Touch-Up No Show

If you decide to not show up for your touch up, your appointment will be canceled 10 minutes after your appointment time. You may call the office to reschedule your touch up and must pay a new deposit.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule you would have to inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your appointment will be rescheduled depending on our availability and the old price will not be honored. Our policy allows for only one reschedule while keeping your deposit. If you need to reschedule for the second time, you will lose your deposit. There is no third rescheduling. If you fail to inform us within less than 48 hours you will be charged half price of the booking service.

Follow Up Reschedule

If you need to reschedule your follow-up appointment and your rescheduling falls past three months of your initial appointment, the price for 3-6 month follow-up will apply. No exception.

Late Policy

All appointments are scheduled to allow ample time for all clients. We understand that unforeseen events may happen, I advise you to inform us as soon as possible. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are late for more than 15 minutes there will be a $50 late fee. If you are late more than 25 minutes your appointment will be canceled and rescheduling with a new deposit will be required, the new price will apply.

Touch Up Late

If you are late more than 10 minutes for your touch up appointment, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Model Call Policy

All existing clients who have bookings with Elysian360 Studio are excluded from any and all model call.

No Exceptions

  • Pets: No pets are allowed exception is only service dogs

  • Children: Any children under the age of 8 are not allowed.

  • EXTRA GUESTS: Due to space limitation, please do not bring more than 1 guest with you. We want to give our clients a quiet, relaxing experience here at Elysian360 Studio.

Rights

Prices are subject to change without notice, however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking. (not in case of rescheduling). We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
